Katie Bachert

Katie attended Columbia College in Chicago where she honed her skills in managing several schedules and working with different personalities. She is detail-oriented and loves watching new companies learn and grow. Katie’s career working with startups began with her admin role at InContext Solutions, coordinating the activities and schedules of a company growing from three people with an idea to having over 100 employees in just three years. She then worked as Administrative Assistant at Sente Advisory, an international accelerator program bridging companies to the US from Turkey. She then continued her work with entrepreneurs by joining the Elmspring Accelerator, one of the first PropTech Accelerators in the world, as Program Coordinator working with several high-growth companies.

She is now excited to join the team as the Program Coordinator for the REACH Commercial program.
