Muzameer Soudagar

Muzameer Soudagar serves as the General Manager of Learning and Development at Narayana Health since April 2021, leading the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence and overseeing the expansion and centralization of talent development processes across multiple business units within the organization. Prior to this role, Muzameer held various positions at IndiQube and MTR Foods Private Limited, including General Manager of Learning and Development and Head of Capability & Culture Building, respectively. Earlier career experiences include roles at GETIT INFOSERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, where Muzameer progressed from District Sales Manager to Manager of Training. Muzameer holds a PGDBM in Marketing, I.T, and Telecom from Balaji Institute of Technology & Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration from K.L.E. Society’s College of Education, and a PGDMC in Marketing Communications from The ICFAI University.
