Jennifer Azzopardi

Jennifer Azzopardi is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Narellan Pools since April 2023. With a longstanding career at Johnson Controls since October 2012, Jennifer has held various roles including PMO Director APAC Project Delivery, Country Leader of Human Resources, ANZ Human Resources Business Partner, and HR and L&D Advisor. Jennifer's expertise encompasses recruitment processes, onboarding, development and delivery of HR induction programs, and monthly reporting to senior management. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Management, a Master's in Business Management from Monash University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Griffith University.
