Chief of Staff at Narmi

Charlie Hamlin is the current Chief of Staff at Narmi. Prior to joining Narmi, Charlie spent three years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. During their time at McKinsey, Charlie worked on a variety of projects across different industries with a focus on technology and healthcare.

Before McKinsey, Charlie was the Content Lead for the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, the world’s largest sports analytics conference. In this role, they led a team of 15 people who managed all aspects of conference content, from developing the conference program to selecting speakers and moderating panels.

Charlie has also worked in professional services firms and corporate markets. Charlie started their career at Gerson Lehrman Group, where they spent four years working with clients in the professional services and technology industries. Charlie then transitioned to Princeton University, where they worked as an account representative for Princeton Sports Camps.

Charlie graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA in 2019. Charlie also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University.

Charlie Hamlin has a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Creative Writing from Colby College, and attended UCL and Princeton Day School.
