Randy Rutherford

Randy Rutherford is the General Counsel of Narmi Inc., where they focus on supporting community banks and credit unions. Previously, Randy served as Chief Legal Officer at Vonage Holdings Corp., managing global legal affairs and advising senior management and the Board of Directors on a variety of legal issues. With extensive experience in corporate governance, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions, they have also held roles in consulting and as a law clerk. Randy earned a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.A. from Penn State University.
