Kelly Watt

Kelly Watt currently serves as the Senior Director of Admissions & Alumnx Relations at Naropa University, a role held since August 2011, with notable accomplishments including co-chairing the Strategic Enrollment Planning initiative, leading the 50th anniversary celebration, and implementing ongoing JEDI training for the Admissions team. Previous positions at Naropa include Senior Director of Admissions, where key achievements involved overseeing a branding campaign and stabilizing the Marketing team, as well as Director of Graduate Admissions, Recruiting, and Alumni Relations, during which the inaugural Community Week and SparkTalks were created. Prior to Naropa, Kelly held admissions positions at Westwood College. Educational credentials include a Master of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Illinois State University.
