Rebecca Baines is an experienced operations and customer experience professional with a strong background in support management. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously holding positions such as Customer Experience Manager and Support Manager at Narrative since May 2022, Rebecca has also worked at DataTorque Ltd as Support Manager and Senior Support Coordinator from April 2020 to May 2022. On prior occasions, Rebecca led the Customer Success team at Booster NZ and advanced through several roles at Xero, including Customer Experience Team Leader and Senior Customer Experience Specialist in billing. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Victoria University of Wellington.
