Cassie Turk

Cassie Turk has been working in the talent development and recruitment field for over 13 years. Cassie started their career as a professional recruiter with Apex Systems in 2008. There they placed high-end technical professionals in IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. In 2013, they transitioned to Enova International as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter. There they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for career opportunities, conducting reference checks, negotiating terms and rates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. Cassie also served as a mentor and trainer for new recruiters. In July 2017, Turk became the Director of Talent at Narrative Science. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting reference checks and background checks, negotiating terms and rates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. Cassie also manages the talent development team and provides on-going training and support for new recruits.

Cassie Turk completed their undergraduate studies at Illinois State University, where they majored in history, Spanish, and psychology. Cassie is currently pursuing a career in education.
