Abbey Daugherty Lower

Abbey Daugherty Lower is an accomplished communications and finance professional with extensive experience in both political and corporate environments. As the Director at Narrative Strategies DC since May 2024, Abbey has previously served in various leadership roles at the Republican National Committee from June 2019 to May 2024, including Northeast and PAC Finance Director, Northeast Finance Director, and PAC Director. Prior experience includes a position as Communications Advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives for Rep. Tom Reed and Communications Director for Tom Reed for Congress. Abbey's corporate experience spans several roles at PVH Corp. and Tommy Hilfiger, beginning with a Corporate Communications Intern position in June 2011. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Writing, and Political Science from Bucknell University, complemented by a study abroad program at Queen Mary University of London focusing on English Literature and International Politics.
