Cathy Chen is currently the Senior Manager for Global Digital Media & Innovation at NARS Cosmetics. Prior to this, Cathy worked as a Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager at Clinique North America under The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Cathy's experience also includes roles at PHD, GroupM, and Viacom, where Cathy gained valuable experience working with a variety of clients such as Carnival West Coast Brands, HSBC, Dyson, and Facebook. Cathy holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from Rowan University.
