Jules O. serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Narvar since July 2022, focusing on enhancing the customer experience in the retail sector. Prior experience includes Vice President of Strategy & Operations at DXC Technology, Global Director of Operations at Hewlett-Packard, and several roles at HP and Electronic Data Systems, where Jules demonstrated expertise in managing large portfolios, client relationships, and operational strategy.
