Laura O'Connell

Laura O'Connell is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Narvar since May 2023, Laura previously held key positions at Shopify and ASICS Digital, where responsibilities included leading product design and consumer insights across ASICS' digital ecosystem. Laura's tenure at KAYAK spanned five years, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Product Design, overseeing global design and UX research strategies. In earlier roles, Laura contributed as the Creative Director at Gupta Media, managing brand development for major music labels, and served in marketing and creative capacities at TechTarget, Leo Burnett, and as a lab teaching assistant at Syracuse University. Laura holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Advertising and Finance from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
