Lucinda Foss

Lucinda Foss is the Vice President of Product at Narvar. Lucinda has over twenty years of experience in product management and strategy, including seven years leading product teams through explosive growth phases.

Lucinda began their career as a project manager at Vanir Construction Management. After six years with the company, they transitioned into product management at TRS Consultants, Inc. In 2006, they joined Intuit as a senior product manager. At Intuit, Lucinda led the development of the company's flagship product, Jobvite Hire. In addition to their work on Jobvite Hire, Lucinda also launched the first video interviewing tool built natively within an application tracking system.

In 2010, Lucinda left Intuit to join Jobvite as the Director of Product Management. Lucinda oversaw the development of Jobvite Video and helped the company expand its product portfolio. In 2014, Lucinda left Jobvite to join Narrative Technologies as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.

In 2015, Lucinda joined ServiceNow as the Senior Director of Product Management. During their time at ServiceNow, they built the HR product management team and led them through a period of explosive growth. Under Lucinda's leadership, the team grew revenue by more than 40X and expanded from a single product to a portfolio of products.

In 2021, Lucinda joined Narvar as the Vice President of Product. Lucinda brings their extensive experience in product management and strategy to their new role at Narvar.

Lucinda Foss received their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, their MS in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and their BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
