Simon Kilgarriff

Simon Kilgarriff is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong focus on customer experience solutions and technical consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Narvar since April 2022, Simon is the first Solutions Engineer in EMEA, recognized as a leading resource for the EMEA sales team. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect at Zendesk, and CX Solution Architect at Oracle, where Simon was responsible for designing and implementing complex customer experience solutions. Simon's career also features significant experience as a Senior Applications Consultant at Capgemini, Project Manager at Oracle, and technical consultancy roles at RightNow Technologies and Cattrell Hudson, among others. Simon holds a BSc in Computer Science from Loughborough University.
