Teresa Icaro has extensive experience in community operations and financial management. Currently serving as Community Operations Support at Nas Company since May 2021 and as Assistant Financial Wealth Manager at FWD Insurance since October 2023, Teresa previously held leadership roles in operations and quality assurance at Sourcepoint and Firstsource, where responsibilities included managing operations and quality processes. Teresa's early career included positions at APAC Customer Services, HSBC, and West Contact Services, focusing on healthcare representation and customer care. Teresa holds an Associate's degree in Computer Secretarial from Alejandro Colleges, earned between 1995 and 1997.
