David Tow

David Tow is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at NASA, serving as Chief Engineer for the Dryden Aeronautical Test Range since June 2004. In this role, David leads the development of the next-generation front end telemetry processor system and ensures compliance with engineering policies for the Dryden Aeronautical Test Range. Previously, David held positions as Lead Range Systems Engineer and Project Chief Engineer for the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate Flight Data Portal project. David's early career included roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where significant contributions were made in GPS technology and speech recognition projects. David holds a Master's of Engineering and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
