James C Summers II is an accomplished professional with a strong background in international relations and politics, holding both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Currently serving as a Presidential Management Fellow at NASA, James also interned at the Forum for America and the World, where responsibilities included drafting briefs for the CEO and managing board meetings. Previous experience includes roles at the United States Senate as a Staff Assistant and at Carnegie Mellon as a Research Associate, where James supported high-profile projects.
