James Taylor is a seasoned Materials & Processes Engineer with extensive experience in aerospace systems, currently employed at NASA since June 2020. In this role, Taylor contributes to the Commercial Crew Program by supporting crew module spacecraft design and operations. Prior experience includes a position at Jacobs from July 2017 to June 2020, where Taylor performed Materials & Processes support for NASA’s ISS flight hardware, SLS processing, and Orion spacecraft. Earlier roles at Ebatco and the University of Florida involved advanced analytical services and research assistance, respectively. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
