Kevin Ward

Kevin Ward has extensive experience in communications, project management, and web application development within the fields of aerospace and information sciences. Currently serving as the Communications and Web Applications Manager for NASA's Earth Science Data Systems Program, Kevin initiated a strategic communications team and oversees a diverse group of 12 full-time staff. As Project Manager for NASA's Earth Observatory Group since 2007, Kevin supervises content production for its website and has a notable history with NASA, including co-founding the Earth Observatory Group and NASA Earth Observations. Previous roles include web development at Lattice Semiconductor and technical management at NASA, alongside academic administrative experience at the University of Illinois. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts.
