Robert Hirsh has over two decades of experience at NASA, beginning with a Co-op position in 1995 and advancing to Engineer from April 2001 to March 2022. Currently, Robert serves as the Project Lead for Orion Backup Flight Software (BFS) and has been an Aerospace Engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center since 1995. Robert earned a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, completing the program in 2001.
