Vincent Patterson

Vincent Patterson is an accomplished Senior Executive Service professional currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration at Central Michigan University. They have held prominent roles including Director of EEO and Diversity/Inclusion at the Commander, Navy Installations Command from 2014 to 2018, and Acting Director of the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity at NASA from 2019 to 2020. Vincent's extensive experience also includes serving as a Commissioned Officer in the Coast Guard from 1984 to 2006 and various leadership positions in diversity, data analytics, and field operations. In 2019, they completed the Leadership for a Democratic Society program at the Federal Executive Institute.
