Lucas Topolie

Lucas Topolie has a diverse work experience in the partnership sales and marketing field, primarily in the sports industry. Lucas currently works as the Director of Partnership Sales at NASCAR since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sponsorship Consultant specializing in partnership sales, marketing, and technology at an undisclosed company from September 2021 to October 2022.

Lucas also has extensive experience at NASCAR, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Partnership Sales from October 2019 to September 2021. Lucas previously worked at the International Speedway Corporation (ISC) as a Senior Manager of Partnership Sales and Partnership Sales Manager from May 2019 to October 2019 and January 2017 to May 2019, respectively.

During their career, Lucas has also worked as the President of Pegasus Swimming, starting from May 2008 to September 2021. Lucas successfully grew the company from teaching swimming lessons to over 167 children by utilizing entrepreneurial skills and securing grants.

Furthermore, Lucas has experience as the Director of Professional Sports at Turnkey Sports & Entertainment from June 2014 to December 2016, conducting market research for sports and entertainment properties. Lucas also served as the Director of Annual Giving for the SAFM Program at Ohio University from May 2013 to July 2014, managing fundraising efforts and achieving significant increases in revenue and participation.

Additionally, Lucas has held various roles as a Sales and Marketing Intern at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March 2014, a Volunteer at the Lakeridge Health Foundation from December 2013 to January 2014, and a Residence Life Don & Community Advisor at WLU Residence Life from 2009 to 2012.

Lucas Topolie completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2007 to 2012. Lucas then pursued an MBA/MSA degree in Business & Sports Administration at Ohio University from 2012 to 2014.
