Anand Pathak

Anand Pathak has over 23 years of experience in the field of software development and engineering management. Anand is currently employed at NASCENT Technology, LLC, where they serve as the Software Development Manager for Infrastructure & Applications. In this role, they manage the product infrastructure and application architecture team and is responsible for implementing secure software design and development practices, product security vulnerability monitoring, analysis, remediation, and cyber incident response. Anand also oversees the development and support of Embedded and Computer Vision applications.

Prior to their current position, Anand worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they held various roles from 2011 to 2019. Anand served as the Senior Software Engineering Manager, leading the software development of Embedded controllers, new unit controllers, and remote monitoring systems. Anand also served as the Engineering Leader for ESE-Controls, Software & Systems, where they led the development of machine controller applications and firmware for RTOS platforms. In addition, they were the Software & Controls Leader at the Ingersoll Rand Engineering and Technology Center Chennai (IRETC) where they managed a team of 70+ software engineers and was involved in software development for residential HVAC controls projects.

Before joining Ingersoll Rand, Anand worked at Collabera from 2005 to 2011, where they held various roles, including Delivery head for Embedded & Wireless and General Manager and Head of Wireless and Embedded Systems. Anand was responsible for forming and leading a team in the wireless and embedded domain.

Anand also gained valuable experience at Motorola Solutions, where they worked as a Software Project Lead in the Wireless Infrastructure Division and led a team of software engineers. Anand also worked at Motorola India Electronics Pvt Ltd as a Lead Software Engineer, where they managed a team of software developers and served as an iDEN protocol expert.

Anand Pathak has a MTECH degree in Digital Communication Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Anand also has a BE (hons.) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Govt. Engineering College Rewa (MP). Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate 10+2 from Model School Rewa, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Higher Mathematics. Anand also holds a High School Certificate from Model School Rewa, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English Literature. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in UL Environment Design for Sustainability from UL in January 2017.
