JoAnn Racino has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. JoAnn has worked at Nascentia Health since 2015, initially as the Director of Clinical Education & Informatics and is currently serving as the Director of Community Health & Clinical Education. Prior to that, they worked at Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare where they held multiple roles including Staff Nurse, Patient Flow Coordinator & Nurse Manager, and Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department. JoAnn also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Utica College and as a Clinical Instructor at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Currently, they are a Nurse Coach - Student at the Transformative Nurse Coaching Collaborative.

JoAnn Racino earned their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Saint Elizabeth College of Nursing between 1991 and 1993. JoAnn then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing Science from the State University of New York - System, completing their degree between 1993 and 1997. JoAnn furthered their education and obtained a Master's degree in Healthcare Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans between 2007 and 2009.
