Roberto Saad (Bob)

Bob Saad has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Roberto (Bob) has served as the Head Treasurer & Head of Asset Management at Nasco Insurance Group since 2019. Prior to this, they were the Chairman & CEO of Nasco Solutions, s.a.l. from 2012 onwards. Bob also worked at Bankers Assurance, s.a.l. & Nasco Solutions, s.a.l. as the Managing Director & Chief Underwriter - Life & Corporate Pension from 2003 to 2012, where they were responsible for developing a wide range of insurance products and retirement plans.

Before joining Nasco Solutions, Bob served as the Regional CEO - Lincoln National Life in Houston, Texas from 1988 to 2000. In this role, they focused on recruitment, development, and marketing of various insurance and investment products. Additionally, they worked at Transamerica Occidental Life & Annuity Co. as a Unit Manager/ Life & Pension Division from 1981 to 1988, where they recruited and trained career agents and developed a brokerage division.

Roberto (Bob) Saad attended De La Salle Grammar School in Liverpool, UK from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained O and A Levels. In 1977, they began their higher education at Liverpool John Moores University, earning a BA and Masters degree in Marketing and Modern European Studies, which they completed in 1981.
