Ana Lucia Buckman is an experienced consultant and investor with a strong focus on enhancing access to capital for venture capitalists dedicated to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria and diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives. Currently serving as a Consultant for LP Relationships at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Ana Lucia has held key positions including Head of Community & Portfolio Engagement at Balderton Capital, Future Fifty Lead at Tech Nation, and roles in organizations such as Entrepreneur First, Huckletree, and the Cartier Women's Initiative. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Univision Communications and the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, complemented by a background in political organizing for Obama for America. Ana Lucia holds multiple advanced degrees from esteemed institutions, including The Wharton School and INSEAD.
