Denise M. Zerega

Denise M. Zerega is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global consolidations and audit services. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Global Consolidations at Nasdaq since May 2009, Denise has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Managing Director and Managing Director, while also participating as a mentor in the Nasdaq Pathways Mentoring Program. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Denise worked at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2003 to April 2009, where responsibilities included compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX 404 compliance. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and completed an Executive Education course in Essentials of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
