Carrie Kersell, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational psychology with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Leadership Development at Nasdaq, Carrie has previously held significant positions such as Global Head of IBM's Executive Coaching Practice and Executive Coach at IBM, as well as Corporate Director of Global Leadership Development at KPMG US. Carrie has also contributed expertise as a National Leadership Development Consultant focusing on Executive Succession Planning for Healthplan Operations at Kaiser Permanente and as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with Human Capital Consultant. Carrie holds a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
