Shea Shannon has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the financial and technology sectors. Currently at Nasdaq since September 2023 in CS Operations, Shea also serves as an Industry Expert at Verafin, a leading provider of BSA/AML Compliance and Fraud Detection software, since April 2010.
