Florent Mathe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Florent is currently the Sales Director at Nasekomo, an agrobiotech startup that produces animal feeds from organic waste using insects. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Lutoya Creativ, a company focused on spreading awareness about the benefits of a micro-algae called Spirulina.

Prior to their current roles, Mathe held positions at Groupe Roullier as an Area Manager for Eastern and Central Europe, where they implemented sales strategies and managed a team. Florent also worked as a Market Manager for the feed phosphates business unit, overseeing client portfolio consolidation and business development in Southeastern Europe and the Caucasus region.

Earlier in their career, Mathe gained experience as a Sales Manager at Naturex, where they focused on business development in the food and beverages industry. Florent also served as the Country Manager at ALLIANCE AGRO ROMANIA, responsible for business development in the food and pharmaceutical sector and coordinating turnkey projects.

Mathe started their career as a Junior Food Consultant at SERAMAR CONSULTING, followed by positions as an Assistant Business Travel at CWT and an Import Export Assistant Manager at B&S International. Florent also completed seasonal missions as a Silo Manager at AXEREAL.

Florent Mathe received their education from various institutions throughout their academic journey. From 2001 to 2003, they attended the Technical University, where they obtained a diploma in food marketing. Simultaneously, they also studied at IUT Tours during the same period and completed a DUT degree in Sales and Marketing. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, Florent Mathe attended the International Business School of Rennes, where they pursued a Master of Arts, BA Honours, and Diploma of Higher Education. Florent'sareas of focus during this time included English, International Business, and Business Studies.
