Thanh Nguyen

Thanh Nguyen is currently the HR Director in Vietnam at NashTech. Prior to this, they were the HR Senior Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. from March 2013 to January 2019. Thanh is responsible for authoring and implementing HR policies and processes, leading the HR team, and reporting to the CEO. Thanh has experience in managing compensation and benefits, international mobility, internal corporate events and communication, senior management recruitment, and continuous improvement plans. Thanh is dedicated to their work and always strives to improve the company they work for.

Nguyen obtained a Master's degree in HR Management from the Institut catholique de Paris, followed by a BA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wolverhampton through an exchange program. Finally, Nguyen completed a BA in Human Resources Management from IUT de Sceaux.
