Billy Draper

Billy Draper has over 26 years of experience in database management and engineering, currently serving as Database Chief Coordinator and previously as Senior Database Administrator at Nashville Electric Service, where employment began in December 1997. Prior to this role, Billy Draper held multiple positions including Senior Database Administrator under various contracts such as Ciber, Indus, and SCT, and worked as Database Administrator at Vanderbilt University for a brief period in 1997. Earlier career experience includes roles as Applications Designer at MAPCO Express and various engineering positions at Nashville Electric Service starting in 1986. Education was completed at Nashville State Technical Community College from 1984 to 1989.
