Ed Schauder

Ed Schauder is an experienced attorney specializing in sports and entertainment law with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Ed serves as an Attorney at Law at Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero P.A. since January 2022. Previously, Ed held significant positions such as Partner and Chairman of the Sports Law Practice Group at Phillips Nizer LLP, and Executive Vice President Licensing & General Counsel at Steiner Sports. Ed has also operated as a Partner and Chairman of the Sports & Entertainment Group at Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, where expertise included private and public financings and mergers and acquisitions. Ed founded Championship Marketing Group, Inc., a full-service sports marketing company, and served as Director of Legal & Business Affairs at 4 Kids Entertainment, providing legal counsel for major licensing properties. Ed's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Speech & Drama from Yeshiva University.
