Shamin Shah

Shamin Shah is an experienced legal professional specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory. Currently serving as Group Senior Counsel and Director – Legal (M&A) at Naspers Limited and Prosus Group since June and September 2019, respectively, Shamin plays a key role in legal strategy for a major global technology investor. Previous experience includes tenure at Trilegal from August 2011 to June 2019 as Counsel and Senior Associate, providing expertise in M&A and Private Equity, as well as a brief secondment as Legal Manager at Allen & Gledhill LLP. Shamin's educational background includes an LLB in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and studies at Carnegie Mellon University and Bronxville High School.
