Gary L Smalls is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development, public speaking, and wellness coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning at Nassau Community College, Gary also operates Dream Team 718 Consulting LLC as an Executive Public Speaking Coach and Business Enhancement Specialist. In addition, Gary works as a Certified Personal Trainer at Dream Team 718 Wellness, focusing on combating obesity and mental health issues.
