Nadine Hylton

Nadine D. Hylton, Ph.D. is an accomplished academic and research professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President at Nassau Community College since June 2023. With a strong background in program evaluation and institutional research, Nadine has held significant roles such as Program Evaluator and member of the Technical Assistance Team at Project HAVEN and Director of Institutional Research at Drew University from April 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Program Evaluation Consultant and Senior Research Associate at Common Ground Health, Principal Consultant at Pinnacle Planning & Assessment Consultants LLC, and Director of Strategic Planning and Assessment at the University of Dayton. Formerly, Nadine was an Institutional Research Analyst at Nazareth College and a Research Assistant/Program Manager at the University of Rochester. Nadine obtained a PhD in Education with a concentration in Policy & Theory from the University of Rochester and holds a BA/MA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
