Faith Dube CA, CICRA, CCP has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Faith is currently serving as a Board Member at the Cayman Islands Independent Monitoring Board since April 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Nassau Financial Group where they served as an Assistant Vice President from March 2021 onward, and as a Manager - Offshore Business Analytics from August 2019 to March 2021. Faith also worked at KPMG in the Cayman Islands as an Audit Manager from January 2016 to July 2019, and as an Assistant Manager, Audit from September 2014 to December 2015. Faith'searlier experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at KPMG Zimbabwe from May 2013 to August 2014.

Faith Dube CA, CICRA, CCP has a diverse and extensive education history. Faith started by acquiring a BCompt Honours in Accounting and Auditing from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completing their studies between 2006 and 2011. Faith furthered their education by obtaining a postgraduate diploma in Accounting Science from the same institution, completing this program in 2012.

In pursuit of their professional qualifications, Faith attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and successfully completed the Final Qualifying Examination part II in Auditing and Accounting by 2014. Subsequently, they expanded their expertise in financial reporting and auditing by undertaking the Chartered Accountancy program at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2017.

Additionally, Faith has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. These include "Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "ISO 19600 Compliance Management" and "ISO 31000 Internal Controls Risk Analyst" from Certified Information Security in March 2021, "Introduction to ESG" from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in March 2021, "Cybersecurity Foundations" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and "Certified Chaplain" from the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association in December 2016.
