Melissa Lewis

Melissa Lewis SHRM-CP has over 14 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Melissa started their career in 2006 as a Sr Post Issue Annuity Specialist at MetLife, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Connecticut Children's as a Human Resources Associate 2. After a year, they moved to Voya Financial as a Recruiting Operations Analyst. In 2017, Melissa joined Pratt & Whitney as a Training and Development professional and worked there for three years before joining Nassau Financial Group as a Human Resources Generalist in 2020.

Melissa Lewis SHRM-CP obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, which they pursued from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Hofstra University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
