Kathleen Parrish

Kathleen Parrish leads all strategic HR functions in support of Nasuni’s aggressive growth and revenue goals.

Kathleen has 20 years of HR leadership experience in a diverse mix of industries and companies, from globally recognized brands such as Royal Caribbean to growth-driven technology startups. She has overseen employee relations, managed and supported large, complex organizations with employees distributed around the world, and guided companies through tremendous growth periods. Most recently at Demandware, Kathleen grew the company from 200 to more than 1,000 employees through its initial public offering, while also building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation.

Kathleen is now building that same culture at Nasuni. Working as a strategic partner to all key business functions, she assists with the planning and forecasting of the company’s needs, acquires and retains talent across all departments, and provides management training, leadership development and other key functions for our fast-growing company.

A dog-lover and avid traveler who has visited more than 50 countries, Kathleen has a BS degree in Business from Northeastern University.
