Zane FitzGerald, LICSW, has over 15 years of experience in social work, currently serving as the Director of Community Based and Social Services at Eliot Community Human Services since July 2009. Zane's roles have included overseeing various programs and services related to Children's Behavioral Health Initiative, trauma-focused programming, and clinical service development for children, youth, and families. Zane has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Clinical Services and Community Based Services, focusing on clinical oversight, policy development, and quality assurance. In addition to Zane's work at Eliot, Zane is an Adjunct Social Work Professor at Boston College, where Zane teaches advanced graduate courses. Zane also contributes as a Regional Staff Associate for the NASW-MA Chapter, advocating for social work professionals. Zane earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a BA in Sociology from Hartwick College.
