Estefanía González García

Estefanía González García has held various positions in the scientific field since 2012. Estefanía began their career at the Centro de Química Aplicada y Biotecnología as an Analista en Prácticas, where they collaborated in the development and research of projects such as the study of drug stability, quantification of active ingredients, isolation and purification of active plant extracts, among others. In 2012, they also joined Universidad de Alcalá as a Personal Investigador, where they developed methods of protein extraction and phenolic compounds, as well as strategies for obtaining bioactive peptides. In 2020, they joined Natac as a Senior Scientific Researcher, a role they held alongside Scientific Researcher and Responsable de Desarrollo de Procesos and Técnico de Procesos.

Estefanía González García received their Doctorate in Chemistry from Universidad de Alcalá in 2018, having previously obtained a Master's degree in Fine Chemistry from the same university in 2013. Estefanía also holds a degree in Chemistry from Universidad de Alcalá, which they obtained in 2012.
