As the Field Quality Assurance Manager within Data Collection, Glenn Hockley is responsible for ensuring that industry and project level quality requirements are met or exceeded, and data quality concerns are identified and addressed promptly. Taking ownership and reviewing of quality control processes, procedures and capabilities to drive efficiencies and improvements within NatCen.

Before joining NatCen, Glenn was part of Kantar’s Insights Information Delivery Team joining during a merger with TNS, with 10 years experience supporting client projects worldwide.
