Kim Bryan

Kim Bryan has a diverse background in healthcare revenue management and operational efficiency. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant/Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, focusing on process reengineering, operational improvement, and interim management roles. Kim then joined Siemens Healthcare in 2004 as an Engagement Director, where they managed business office outsourcing service level agreements. In 2006, they became the Director of Patient Financial Services at Our Lady of Lourdes RMC. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the VP of Revenue Cycle Management at LHC Group, overseeing financial intake, managed care contracting, and denial management. Kim then joined Bon Secours Health System as the Director of Operational Efficiency from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of VP of Revenue Cycle Management at Oceans Healthcare before becoming the Director of Revenue Management at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in 2021. Overall, Kim Bryan has extensive experience in revenue management and process improvement in various healthcare settings.

Kim Bryan graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Prior to attending university, Kim completed high school at Mount Carmel Academy in 1987. Additionally, in May 2016, Kim obtained the certification of Fellow of HFMA.
