Entrepreneur by heart, Jean-Michel has created breakthrough innovations.

As a true visionary leader, with his innovative thinking and bold initiatives he has been implementing innovation thorough his whole career.

Jean-Michel started his career in IBM, working directly with TELCO Division President in Raleigh North Carolina, USA.

Coming back to France, he created a start-up Cycnos in 1991, through which he has delivered the very first internet browser to connect to documentary database for military in France and helped many end-users to connect and search information effortlessly. This breakthrough successful implementation of the browser in France has led Jean-Michel’s team to create QWAM systems to provide browser to wide public. During this time, he had successfully partnered with IBM to penetrate the French market with UNIX AIX competences. In 2004, he endeavored to expand his activities again as partner of IBM to help them to create very first Delivery Center in CEE, in Brno, Czech Republic and created NATEK.

With NATEK, he has seen the company’s purpose to support international customers in supporting their IT systems from then developing CEE region. Under his leadership, NATEK has experienced a rapid growth and developed strong competences in maintaining SAP systems, network operations, end-user services and software development.

Jean-Michel is a graduate of a Master’s program in engineering from the Arts et Métiers ParisTech school as well as a holder of the MBA title from HEC Paris.
