Jennifer Chen

Jennifer (Chao-Yu) Chen is a Senior UX Designer at Natera since November 2021, where effective collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders is emphasized to create solutions in Women’s health, Oncology, and Organ Health. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a UX/UI Product Designer in a consultancy position from September 2018 to October 2021, focusing on user-centric values and UX strategy development. Experience includes architecture and landscape design roles at Perkins Eastman and RGR Landscape Architecture from October 2016 to October 2021, as well as co-founding YN Design in May 2017, leading competitive design projects. Additional roles included Design Project Manager at Untitled Design Consultants & Architects, overseeing international teams for significant projects, and previous positions in retail store design and architectural design. Jennifer holds a Master of Design in Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Design from National Cheng Kung University (2005-2009).
