Jonathan Rabin

Jonathan Rabin has extensive legal experience in litigation and regulatory compliance. Since February 2013, Jonathan has served as Lead Counsel for Litigation and Regulatory Compliance at Natera, where responsibilities include managing litigation, providing regulatory advice, and overseeing contract negotiations. Previously, Jonathan held roles at Murtha Cullina LLP and Sherin and Lodgen LLP, focusing on complex litigation across various sectors including construction and environmental law. Earlier positions at Foley Hoag LLP and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency further established Jonathan's specialization in insurance recovery and environmental litigation. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from New York University School of Law and a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies (Summa Cum Laude) from Bucknell University.
