Omar Tawil

Omar Tawil is a skilled professional in the sports industry with experience in talent acquisition, sports management, and athlete development. Currently part of the Talent Team at Bleav since March 2023, Omar has focused on recruiting and onboarding talent from the football/soccer sector, while also forging relationships with agents of high-profile athletes and securing podcast agreements with major clubs. In addition, Omar is engaged in a Sports Management Apprenticeship at Santa Barbara Soccer Club, which involves enhancing the club's website and aiding in game-day operations. Previous experiences include a student internship at UCSB Athletics, where Omar conducted assessments of student athletes, and a role as an assistant youth clinic coach, mentoring young athletes and developing training programs. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological & Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma from American Community School Beirut.
