Russ Farr

Russ Farr currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Natera, a leading company in cell-free DNA testing for oncology, women's health, and organ health, since September 2022. Previously, Russ held senior leadership roles at Caris Life Sciences, first from December 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing legal, compliance, billing, and regulatory activities, and earlier from 2006 to 2011 in a similar capacity. Prior experience includes senior positions at Inform Diagnostics, CVS/Caremark, and AdvancePCS, where Russ managed legal teams, litigation, and corporate activities, and effectively led M&A transactions. Education includes a Doctor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
