Rosamari McNulty Sphr

Rosamari McNulty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources and employee solutions. Rosamari served as the Vice President of Employee & Volunteer Solutions at Nathan Adelson Hospice starting in 2009. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at University Health System from 2007 to 2009. From 2001 to 2007, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lake Las Vegas Resort. Rosamari also served as the Director of Human Resources at Lake Mead Hospital Medical Center from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator at Royal Lahaina Resort from 1994 to 1996. McNulty was also involved in the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association as the Hospitality Chair from 2012 to 2014.

Rosamari McNulty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in 1988. Rosamari attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their BBA degree with a focus on Business/Marketing. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, Rosamari furthered their education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and obtained a Master of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
