Arnold Raath

Arnold Raath, PHRi, serves as the Customer Growth Head for UAE, KSA, and Qatar at Nathan Digital since August 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles, including Manager of Product Demo & Initial Scoping and Assistant Manager of HR Direct. Prior to Nathan Digital, Arnold was a Human Resources Business Partner at Nathan & Nathan for a short period in 2021. Arnold's earlier experience includes positions at Apparel Group as Human Capital Executive - Operations, SA Way General Trading L.L.C as Business Development Executive, and HABTOOR LEIGHTON SPECON, where roles included Productivity Engineer and Electrical Supervisor Trainee. Academically, Arnold holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from SBS Swiss Business School, completed between 2015 and 2017, alongside other educational qualifications from Cambridge College International Dubai.
